Dr Ambarish presented cheques worth Rs.5.25 lakh to ‘Masthi Gudi’ tragedy victims Anil and Raghav Uday family on Friday evening at Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce.

The cheque worth Rs.5 lakh each was from Rajya Sabha member Rajeev Chandrasekhar and Rs.25000 each from ‘John Jaani Janardhan’ producer Padmanabha.

Raghav Uday father Venkatesh and Anil brother Srikanth were present to receive the cheques from Dr Ambarish. At this moment Dr Ambarish also released the book Wage revision of artists and technicians federation. This wage revision is done once in three years for all categories mentioned Sa Ra Govindu.

Meanwhile stunt director Ravi Verma and director Nagashekhar approached High Court for bail. The single bench judge Rathnakala asked the Tavarekere police to file objections in this regard.

Director of Masthu Gudi, Nagashekhar, Dr Ravi Verma, producer Sundar Gowda, Unit Manager Bharat Rao and Siddhu are facing the section 304 (unintended murder) case.
